The Barnstable Youth Soccer Association has a variety of soccer programs available kids of all ages. A partnership with Challenger Sports has helped BYSA increase its program offerings so that we are now able to offer soccer programs to kids as young as two years old! From TinyTykes to competitive Travel soccer, BYSA HAS IT ALL!

TINYTYKES SOCCER

Challenger’s soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum that introduces your young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer, as well as developing their motor, social and psychological skills.

Challenger's International coaches are experts at working with young children and will combine soccer with fun games and stories that keeps your children entertained and enthused to return next week. Come join our CUBS AND LIONS PROGRAM and join LENNY THE LION as you learn to play from the pros!

TinyTykes Program

INSTRUCTIONAL SOCCER (A.K.A RECREATIONAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL SOCCER)

BYSA's Instructional Soccer program is a fun, entry-level soccer experience open to Barnstable residents ages 6-12. Simply put, the goal of our in-town recreational program is to foster self-confidence and to learn the game of soccer while having fun and making new friends. All games are played on Saturday mornings on the soccer fields at our designated Barnstable field.

TRAVEL SOCCER

BYSA's Travel Soccer program is a competitive soccer program affiliated with the South Coast Soccer League (SCSL). Our Travel program offers players a unique opportunity, beyond that of Instructional soccer, for player development and competition in a statewide system of age-level play. The SCSL is a competitive league with the goal of promoting the game of soccer in a competitive environment.
