Spring 2021 Instructional and TinyTykes, Volunteers Needed!

Over the course of the last few months, the BYSA Board of Directors have been working as hard to work out a 2021 soccer session. Our first major setback was losing our fields at Cape Cod Community College due to COVID-19 restrictions from the state. We are now working with local officials to find times and places to get us back on the field and get your kids kicking again.

A major hurdle that we're trying to get over is internal support. Currently there are a handful of volunteers on the board working their regular 9-to-5's and also working to plan a soccer season, which takes a lot of work. The goal with BYSA is to have a large board to spread out and allow directors to focus on specific tasks from coaching to scheduling to field acquisition. It is a 12 person program currently operating with a staff of about 6.
